    Developing of project for a small interpretative center dedicated to Maritime Erosion, at Santo António da Barra Fort in São João do Estoril- Cascais, Monument of Public Interest – Decree No. 129/77, of 29/9

    RULES:
    Limits of the implantation area.
    Use reinforced concrete plans as structuring element and qualifier
    Openings made by leaving the plans.
    Maximum height integrated in the enclosure.
    Definition and clear characterization of the transition spaces between the exterior and the interior.
    Stimulate the relationship with the city (reading the various pedestrian crossings in the surrounding area).
    Integrate into the proposed urban relation with the surrounding square the church of memory.
    Manipulation of topographic glues and existing gradients.

    OBJECTIVES:
    Use the site and its topographic material as an instrument of the project.
    Use the program as the project’s pretext.
    Use the site and the program as feature elements of space.
    Use the project as a rigorous representation process of a thought.
    Use the space and materiality as a formal expression synthetic.
