Known in the country as Edificio Golfinho. The Portuguese architect Manuel Graça Dias was one of the most eclectic Portuguese architects, which is reflected in his work, much of it done alongside Egas José Vieira, with whom he shared the Contemporary studio: Teatro Municipal de Almada, the headquarters of the Associação dos Arquitectos Portuguese, the Chaves School of Music, Arts and Crafts, the requalification of Lu.Ca (Luís de Camões Theater, in Lisbon) or even a dolphin-shaped commercial and residential building in Chaves. He was also the creator of the Portugal Pavilion at the Universal Exhibition in Seville (1992) and spaces for a generation with new consumption habits in Lisbon in the 1980s and 1990s, such as the Italian restaurant Casanostra, in Bairro Alto, or the Ana Salazar Store , on Carmo street
