    Rules:

    Consider the total demolition of the existing building to none. consider a massive volume constructed with 9 meters high x street front x depth of the lot. consider as a conceptual principle only the subtraction of matter to the initial volume • respect the lot’s boundary •  establish spatial relationships with the surrounding context • understand the spatial scales adequate to the physical dimension of each inhabitant. the height of the giant, consider 1.10m as the height of the dwarf, an unequivocal resource to the architecture project as a methodological approach to the problem, from the initial idea to the rigorous final proposal

    Objectives:

    Use the site and its topographic material as an instrument of the project.
    Use the program as the project’s pretext.
    Use the site and the program as feature elements of space.
    Use the project as a rigorous representation process of a thought.
    Use the space and materiality as a formal expression synthetic.
