The idea of the three-storey open doors came from the customer. they wanted a House with a courtyard with a rich atmosphere. the site being relatively small, with only 72 square meters, Fujimoto imagined the interior space of housing

complex ways with outdoor spaces. The result is a three-dimensional courtyard that connects in different ways the living spaces, a kind of ambiguous interface between the inside and the outside. the House was transformed into an abstract body resembling a cloud. each floor is given a distinctive shape by cutting out an outside space of different shape. We stacked the soil shapes on each other, while the outer and inner spaces were linked. is that we have discovered other levels of three-dimensional complexity.

When designing interior spaces, we have inserted and organized the elements necessary for everyday life such as the kitchen and the bathroom. by arranging elements such as staircases and storage in boxes, the interior space has been transformed into a dwelling house. Although the House is complicated and confusing in its external-Interior links, I believe it works well as a place of life.
